Established in April 2004, Jazeera Airways is the first non-government owned airline in the Middle East, continuing to be one of the few Middle East-based private airlines to this day. Jazeera Airways is currently serving 70 destinations across 27 countries. In 2012, Jazeera Airways held the world record for on-time performance by carrying 1.2 million passengers. In 2025, it carried 5 million passengers. Jazeera Airways was listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange in 2008.

GEC was established in 1984 in Kuwait. The company has more than 2,700 employees and is one of the leading companies in Kuwait in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), Facility Management, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Fire Fighting. Established partnerships with numerous international partners to deliver services to its clients including, but not limited to, Rheem, Siemens, and TTK. Flagship projects include: Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Center, Kuwait International Airport Terminal 2, Tamdeen’s Khiran Mall, Kuwait University Colleges, Ministry of Health Hospitals, Kuwait Central Bank, Boubyan Bank Headquarters, and Jazeera Airways Terminal 5.

City Group Company (CGC) was established in 1977 and today operates City Bus, City Van and fully owned subsidiary, The Transport & Warehousing Real Estate Group Company. CGC was listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange between 1999 and 2016. Its subsidiary, City Bus was established in 2002, as Kuwait's first non-government-owned public transport service with a standing fleet of 687 buses and vans. In 2019, City Bus launched its own mobile application ‘CityBus’ and provided over 75 million passenger journeys and closed the year with a 60% market share. It is also the first public transport carrier to introduce the double decker buses in Kuwait.

Boodai Trading Company (BTC) was established in the mid 1950’s. BTC services the requirements of civil construction and infrastructure companies. At present BTC is one of the largest trading houses dealing 33+ global brands covering a wide spectrum of customer requirements in the construction, infrastructure, and Oil & Gas sectors. Product range covers heavy construction machinery, material handling equipment, trucks, dewatering & process pumps, power generators, compressors and tower lights, welding machines, and chemicals for the construction industry. BTC has proven track record in the construction and maintenance of shelters.

Established in 2004, Alrai TV is the first non-government-owned satellite TV channel to be based in Kuwait. Alrai TV has served audiences in Kuwait and the greater Gulf region, delivering family entertainment, news and investigative reporting, lifestyle programming, and sports coverage and analysis. Today, Alrai TV is among the most watched TV stations in Kuwait.

Hilal Cement Company (HCC) was established in 1979 as a Kuwait Joint Stock Company specialized in the import and distribution of cement products. In 2007, BoodaiCorp sold 51% of the company to Suez Cement Company, a subsidiary of Heidelberg Cement Group. In early 2021, BoodaiCorp re-acquired 51% of the company from Suez Cement Company. Listed in Bursa Kuwait until 2021. Operates a land terminal in Shuaiba port in Kuwait, with a capacity of around 40K tons. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Hilal Cement operates four ready mix concrete batching plants in Sulaibiya and Mutla in Kuwait. The capacity of these plants ranges from 120 – 140 cbm per hour.

Kuwait Application Service Provider (KASP) was established in 1985 and is fully owned by BoodaiCorp. KASP is a SAP Gold Partner and is the first sap certified Partner in GCC. Services offered include BI services covering Analytics, Business Objects, Data warehousing, ERP implementation and support. Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Experience in providing comprehensive IT infrastructure support for several major companies in Kuwait in trading, engineering, media, airlines and transportation. Client list includes most of the banking institutions in Kuwait.

Travel Technology Systems (TTS) was established in January 2009. It is an official partner appointed by Travelport to operate Galileo (GDS) in Kuwait. TTS services an extensive range of travel agency clientele in the country. TTS develops technology solutions for travel agents, consolidation/hosting agencies and corporations, counting over 9,000 clients.

It is registered with Central Tenders Committee (CTC), Kuwait, as Grade A for Constructions and for Infrastructure and Road works and has been executing many prestigious projects both in the private and government sectors in Kuwait. Atlas Commercial Company (ACC), a subsidiary of Boodai Trading Company, was established in 1962. ACC is one of the oldest building materials trading companies in Kuwait. Its product portfolio includes products such as galvanized construction and joinery materials, and timber steel coils. ACC has five retail outlets that enable it to provide clients with easy access to a full range of building products along with a central warehouse in Doha and a steel service facility located in Shuaiba Industrial Area in Mina Abdulla.
